Ethos worked alongside a southern Oregon County faced a small grant-funded budget allowing only one small project for the year. The State offered upgrades through a different funding source. By creatively scoping and portioning a larger vision, Ethos facilitated leveraging both budgets resulting in a more desirable project that the county actually needed.
